Larian is now focusing on developing its next RPG, but it won't be Baldur's Gate 4

Larian Studios, which created Balur's Gate 3, is now focused on developing a new project. However, the story of Baldur's Gate 3 is not over yet.

Larian CEO Sven Winke shared his thoughts, noting that there are still many interesting things to come. He urged fans to stay in touch, although the new project will not be ready for several years.

In a conversation with VideoGamer, it was confirmed that the team is fully focused on the new game, and support for Baldur's Gate 3 will be limited to bug fixes and modding management. Preliminary work on the new RPG has already begun.

However, Baldur's Gate 3 is still waiting for the big 8th patch, so fans of the game will still be offered something new and interesting.

Although the details of the new project have not yet been revealed, one thing is certain: it will not be Baldur's Gate 4.
