Apple has no plans yet to equip the new MacBook Air with OLED displays

The first MacBook Air with OLED displays are not expected to hit the market until 2029 at the earliest. Oxide TFT LCDs offer many advantages over the standard amorphous silicon TFT displays used in current MacBook Air models. They offer higher electron mobility, which improves image quality and overall performance.
