All Samsung Galaxy S25 series smartphones will come with 12 GB of RAM

Samsung has officially unveiled the Galaxy S25 series of smartphones, which includes three models: Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra. All of them received only one variant of RAM - 12 GB, which came as a surprise, especially for those who expected a flagship version with 16 GB of RAM.

Here's What We Know

This decision is an improvement for the base model S25, as its predecessor had only 8 GB. However, the S25+ and S25 Ultra received the same amount of RAM.

Will 12 GB be enough for AI functions?

One of the main features of the Galaxy S25 series is the integration of new AI functions into the One UI 7 shell. Artificial intelligence affects camera operation, power consumption, and performance optimisation, so it is expected that devices will require more resources.

Samsung has kept the prices for the new series unchanged from the previous year:

Galaxy S25+ - from $999
Galaxy S25 Ultra - from $1299
