Threads now allows you to schedule posts
Threads, the platform from Meta, now allows all users to schedule posts, which became available after a test last month. The announcement was made by Instagram CEO Adam Mosseri.
Here's How It Works
In order to use the new feature, you need to create a post, click on the three-dot menu in the upper left corner and select the "Schedule" option.
This feature allows users to schedule posts up to 75 days in advance, but it is important to note that the scheduling feature does not support replying to posts. Once posts are scheduled, users can view, edit, or delete them from the Drafts folder.
Additionally, Mosseri said Threads is adding a new "markup" feature for posts they repost. This feature will allow users to draw, highlight, or add tags to the posts they share.

According to the first feedback from users, this option will be useful for providing additional context or focusing on important parts of reposts. The feature is currently being gradually rolled out in several countries, with plans to expand it in the near future.
Threads is also preparing for significant changes. One of the innovations will be the abandonment of traditional fact-checking in favour of Community Notes, which is part of Meta's global change in its approach to content moderation.
In addition, the platform will start adding political content to recommendations, which could significantly change the nature of what users see in their feeds.
