The flagship OnePlus 13 gets a new update in North America and Europe with improvements to the camera and AI features
OnePlus has released a new update for its OnePlus 13 flagship smartphone, which was launched in the global market in early January. The update, rolling out this week, includes camera improvements and the addition of new artificial intelligence features.
Here's What We Know
The new OxygenOS 15.0.0.0.405 firmware, which is rolling out in North America and Europe, improves the colours of photos in Master mode, as well as enhancing the tone of photos and the zoom function.
One of the key new features is the AI translation feature, which allows for real-time speech translation. This feature is supported through the phone itself as well as through connected headphones.

Camera
- Improves colours in photos taken in Master mode.
- Improves the tone of photos taken by the main camera in Photo mode and improves the zoom function.
- Improves camera stability for better photo quality.
Connectivity and interconnectivity
- Improved stability of Wi-Fi connections for better network performance.
- Improves the stability and expands the compatibility of Bluetooth connections.
System
- Improves system stability and performance.
Translation with Artificial Intelligence
- Added real-time translation function that shows real-time speech translation.
- Added face-to-face translation feature that shows the translation of each speaker in Split View.
- You can now hear the translation on headphones.
- You can now start face-to-face translation with one tap on headphones (only supported on some headphones). The translation of one language is played through the phone's speaker, while the translation of the other language is played in the headphones.
