Dynamic Island may not be resized for iPhone 17 models

The well-known analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said that the upcoming iPhone 17 models that Apple will release this year will not have a smaller Dynamic Island.
Here's What We Know
In his post on social media, he noted that the size of the Dynamic Island will remain "almost unchanged" for all iPhone 17 models. This statement contradicts previous rumours that suggested changes in the size of this area.
Last year, analyst Jeff Pu repeatedly said that Apple might use a "metallic" Face ID on the iPhone 17 Pro, which would make the Dynamic Island much narrower. However, according to recent reports, this is probably not going to happen.
Dynamic Island was first introduced in the iPhone 14 series in 2022 and hasn't changed much since. Although there are constant rumours that Apple wants to make the camera notch smaller to increase the screen area, it is unclear whether the company will be able to implement these changes in the new models.
Although the iPhone 17 probably won't get an updated look for Dynamic Island, Apple is planning other design changes. In particular, an ultra-thin iPhone 17 Air model is expected to appear, which will be the first significant design change in recent years. The iPhone 6 became the thinnest iPhone when it was released in 2014 with a thickness of 6.9 mm. However, the iPhone 17 Air, at 5.5 mm thick, will be even thinner than the iPhone 6 and will be the thinnest iPhone ever.
Also, both the iPhone 17 Air and iPhone 17 Pro models are likely to receive an updated horizontal camera module.
