Don't forget about hygiene! Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 developer advised gamers to go to the baths more often

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will be released today. Like the first part, the novelty is based on realism and historical authenticity, so the protagonist needs to eat, drink, rest, read books, repair armour and weapons and do other everyday things.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 senior game designer Ondřej Bittner reminded about another important mechanics of the game.

The characters of the game will react not only to the appearance of Henry, his appearance and reputation, but also ... to the smell!

In his wanderings, the hero will get dirty in the mud, and his armour will be covered with the blood of enemies and eventually he will emit a foul smell, which will not only repel NPCs, but can also give away the location of Indřich during stealthy passage. Enemies will be impossible to sneak up on, as they will smell the unpleasant odour and react in time.

The solution to this problem is simple - just wash your face and visit the baths, as players already did in the first part.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is coming out on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series, and will also be available on Steam Deck from day one and will get an improved version for PS5 Pro.
