Kingdom Come: Deliverance II and Marvel's Spider-Man 2 were the best-selling games of the week on Steam

The weekly sales chart of Steam digital shop has been presented and this time it includes a lot of expected and loud novelties.

Not surprisingly, the first place was taken by the role-playing game Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, from the moment of its announcement it aroused great interest of the public, and after it became clear that the developers offer a product of the highest quality, gamers began to actively pre-order. By the way, critics were delighted with the sequel to the Czech RPG of 2018 and recommend Kingdom Come 2 to all fans of the genre.

The second place of the Steam chart behind the controversial PC port of Marvel's Spider-Man 2, which gamers called "Sony's worst PC game". The developers are already releasing patches and may be able to quickly fix the game's major issues.

The third place is occupied by historical 4X-strategy Sid Meier's Civilisation VII. It will be released next week and will be one of the loudest novelties of February, and maybe of the whole 2025. Critics have already published their reviews and stated that the game was not perfect, but incredibly exciting.

Gamers are also actively buying Monster Hunter Wilds, which has even become the most anticipated game on Steam, ahead of the long-awaited Hollow Knight: Silksong.
