Resident Evil Re:Verse is coming to an end: the game will be removed from stores in March, servers will be shut down in June

Capcom has announced the end of support for the multiplayer game Resident Evil Re:Verse. Starting from 3 March 2025, the game and all its additional content will be removed from digital stores, and on 29 June 2025, the servers will be permanently closed.

Here's What We Know

Resident Evil Re:Verse was released in October 2022. The game offered PvP battles between the iconic characters of the series. Despite the initial interest, the project failed to retain the audience.

In its official statement, Capcom said: "Resident Evil Re:Verse was developed in honour of the 25th anniversary of the Resident Evil series, and your support has exceeded our expectations since its release. Now that we have reached a new milestone for the series, we believe that Resident Evil Re:Verse has successfully fulfilled its celebratory goal."

The game will become completely unplayable after the servers close on 29 June 2025, as it requires a constant internet connection to play.
