Nemesis and Albert Wesker make it to Dead by Daylight: the popular online horror game has launched a crossover with Resident Evil

Behaviour Interactive studio has launched another event in the asymmetrical online horror Dead by Daylight, where characters from the cult franchise Resident Evil appeared in the game.

Two additional Assassins have been added to Dead by Daylight: The Nemesis - aka Mr X and Albert Wesker nicknamed The Mastermind. They will be opposed by famous Resident Evil protagonists: Leon Kennedy, Jill Valentine, Chris Redfield, Ada Wong and others. And to maximise the atmosphere of the popular series from Capcom, Dead by Daylight added a map of Raccoon City police station.

Since Nemesis uses not only his enormous physical strength but also the T-virus to destroy enemies, while Wesker uses the Ouroboros virus, the Survivors will get a small head start at the beginning of the match, and if both antagonists are involved in the game, they will be able to find a universal antidote in the supply crates.

Also in Dead by Daylight temporarily returned the 2v8 mode and diversified it with the mechanics of herbs from Resident Evil. Players will be able to find green herb and increase health with it, while yellow herb restores hook strength. But if the Assassin finds and destroys the herb, his movement speed will be temporarily increased.

The Dead by Daylight x Resident Evil collaboration will run until 25 February.
