The iPhone SE 4 may be sold with a ridiculous amount of base storage capacity
Apple will unveil its new budget smartphone, the iPhone SE 4, on 19 February, CEO Tim Cook announced. The new device is expected to be priced at $499, which is $70 more than its predecessor. However, according to the latest rumours, the base version of the iPhone SE 4 may only have 64GB of storage, which is puzzling given that most Android smartphones are sold with a minimum of 128GB storage.
Here's What We Know
The iPhone SE 4 willreportedly be offered in three storage options: 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB. If the rumours are confirmed, the price for each storage increase will be $100, making the 128GB version cost $599 and the 256GB version $699. This could make the iPhone SE 4 more expensive than competitors such as the Google Pixel 9a, which could be $100 cheaper for the same amount of memory.

The new smartphone is also expected to feature the iPhone 14 design, A18 processor, 8GB of RAM and Face ID feature. However, the hope remains that the rumours of low base memory will turn out to be false.
