Realme CEO Chase Xu has confirmed that the new Neo7 SE smartphone, which could arrive this month, will be powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 8400 Max chipset, which promises high performance and long battery life.

Here's What We Know

Xu said that the device will be priced at less than 2,000 yuan (about $275). However, it is not yet known if it will be available for a similarly attractive price outside of China.

The previous Neo SE models in the GT lineup were 100W wired charging devices with an 8T LTPO OLED screen. The new Neo7 SE is expected to feature a 7,000mAh battery and 80W wired charging. There could also be a more affordable Neo7x variant with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset, though rumours about this are still scarce.
