The Legend of Heroes has been released on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC: Trails through Daybreak 2

Falcom has released a new game in The Legend of Heroes series - a direct sequel to Trails Through Daybreak, which was released last year, and tells the story of Van Arkride in the Calvard Republic.The calm beginning quickly gives way to tension when a serial killer case is revealed.

Here's What We Know

Familiar characters return to the game, including Agnès Claudel, Feri Al-Fayed and Elaine Auclaire, as well as Swin Abel and Nadia Rayne from Trails Through Daybreak.

Unlike the previous instalment, the story branches into two lines with separate groups of characters solving different tasks. There are also new game mechanics, such as hacking systems and chasing suspects.

Additional activities include the Märchen Garten, where players can choose their own team and explore levels to earn rewards.
