New Google Play Games update for PC gives you keyboard-only Android games

The January update to Google Play Games for PC brought a new control reassignment feature that allows players to customise the game's controls using only the keyboard keys, without using the mouse.

Here's What We Know

Invisible buttons and joysticks can now be added that mimic keystrokes and key movements. The default motion controls are WASD and arrow keys.

Users can reassign these controls and add additional joysticks to any four keys. Settings are saved between sessions and can be imported or exported between different PCs. This feature is only available for supported games, and more controls are planned to be added in the future. The update also allows you to change the refresh rate (FPS) of games.

The new feature is available through a menu that appears when you press Shift + Tab.
