Samsung Galaxy A73 gets February security update in select countries in the Asian region

Another Samsung smartphone that is getting the latest security update is the Galaxy A73.

Here's What We Know

Available in Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam, the updated Galaxy A73 has received firmware version A736BXXSAEYB2. This firmware brings a security patch dated February 2025, which further improves the security of the device.

There are no new features or other improvements in this update other than fixing system security vulnerabilities. However, the upcoming big One UI 7.0 update, based on Android 15, will bring a lot of new features and visual improvements. But it will probably not arrive on the Galaxy A73 until 2-3 months from now.
