Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro may get Wi-Fi support and new sound settings from Harman

Xiaomi is preparing to release a new version of its wireless headphones - Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro. According to the Svět Androida blog, the new product will have improved battery life, which will allow you to listen to music much longer than the previous version of Buds 5.

It is also expected that the headphones will receive a special sound setting from Harman AudioEFX, which will make them even more suitable for music genres.
According to the leaks, Buds 5 Pro will look similar to its predecessors but will have some improvements.

They will have touch controls on the slightly curved earbuds, round cutouts for active noise cancellation (ANC), and a case with a unique lid that will be available only in white and silver.
In addition, the new headphones will provide increased battery capacity: 54 mAh per earbud, compared to 35 mAh in Buds 5. Xiaomi is positioning Buds 5 Pro as its smartest headphones yet, featuring Smart BASS and Smart LEVELER for adaptive volume control.
It is worth noting that, according to Digital Chat Station, Buds 5 Pro may receive Wi-Fi support in addition to the standard Bluetooth technology. Although the official release date of the new headphones is not yet known, their expected price is approximately $145 (or about CZK 3,500).
