Samsung is preparing to release an affordable foldable smartphone Galaxy Flip FE. Recently, the device firmware was spotted on the company's server, which confirmed its preparation for release in Europe. Now it has become known that the new product will also appear in India and the United Arab Emirates.

Here's What We Know

According to insider Tarun Wats, the corresponding firmware for these countries is already in Samsung's database, indicating an imminent launch.

Expected characteristics of Galaxy Flip FE

The Galaxy Flip FE will feature an Armor Aluminum frame and a hinge mechanism similar to the Galaxy Flip 6. The display will also remain unchanged: 6.7-inch AMOLED panel with Full HD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and Ultra-Thin Glass (UTG) coating. This provides users with high-quality images and brightness even in sunlight. As a result, even in a budget model, Samsung fans will be able to enjoy a premium screen.

The smartphone will be powered by an Exynos processor and will have Android 15 with One UI 7.0. The main camera is 50 MP, and charging will support 25W. Other features include 5G and Wi-Fi 6E support.

It is not yet known when the official announcement will take place and what the price of the device will be, but new leaks may reveal more details in the near future.

Galaxy Flip FE is expected to be announced in the second half of 2025. The novelty will have 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage.
