Samsung may unveil a foldable Galaxy Fold 7 flagship with a redesigned S Pen stylus
Information has surfaced that Samsung is planning to update the S Pen for the Galaxy Fold 7, making it slightly thicker.
Here's What We Know
According to a leak from insider @PandaFlashPro, the new pen tip will improve the writing experience with a thicker design. Production of the new S Pen will reportedly begin in June so that it will be ready for the Galaxy Fold 7 launch, which is expected in July 2025. It is still unclear whether the new S Pen will be similar in size to previous models or the S Pen Pro, and whether it will support Bluetooth for air actions and other gestures that are missing from the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
According to rumours, the Galaxy Fold 7 will feature a 6.5-inch external screen and an 8-inch internal foldable screen. The screen fold is expected to be less noticeable and the screens themselves will be more energy efficient. The main camera could get a 200 MP sensor and will be complemented by a 12 MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 10 MP telephoto lens. The device should get a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip with at least 12GB of RAM and 256GB of inbuilt storage. It is also expected to support 45W fast charging and Qi2 Ready accessories.
