Samsung is gearing up to launch new foldable smartphones Galaxy Fold 7 and Flip 7. Today, 24 February, renders of the Galaxy Fold 7 have leaked for the first time, revealing its design in full.

Here's What We Know

The renders were provided by Android Headlines and OnLeaks. As you can see, the overall design of the device remains the same as its predecessor, but there are quite a few changes.

According to sources, the smartphone will have a 6.5-inch external display and an 8.2-inch internal display, making it the largest foldable phone on the market. The device will be just 4.5mm thick when unfolded and 9.5mm thick when folded, which is significantly thinner than previous models. This puts the Galaxy Z Fold 7 on par with the thinnest foldable phones such as the Oppo Find N5 and Honor Magic V3.

In terms of specs, according to the leak, the Galaxy Fold 7 will feature the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and will also get a 4400 mAh battery, which will remain the same as its predecessor. It is also reported that the fold along the centre of the main display will be almost imperceptible.

More details about the smartphone are expected as we get closer to the announcement of the new product, which is expected this summer.
