Assassin's Creed Shadows preload on PS5 will start on 15 March: the game's installation file size has also been revealed

User X under the nickname DannyStevens__ received an early digital copy of Assassin's Creed Shadows and shared interesting information about the preload start date and the size of the game's installation file.

Here's What We Know

Gamer reported that Assassin's Creed Shadows requires 85.396GB of free space to install on PlayStation 5. This number doesn't take into account the Day One patch, so the final weight of the game may be slightly higher.

Sony console users will be able to take advantage of the pre-load option on 15 March - five days before Shadows' release.

The preload will be available to everyone who pre-ordered the digital version of Assassin's Creed Shadows. In that case, the game will be installed with the first day patch, while those who buy it on discs will have to download the update separately.

There's no word yet on preloading on other platforms.
