Boeing suspends production of AH-6 Little Bird helicopters due to lack of orders

Boeing has decided to discontinue production of the AH-6 Little Bird light multipurpose helicopter due to a lack of new orders.
Here's What We Know
The last machines will be assembled for the Thai Armed Forces as part of a $104 million contract for eight helicopters signed in 2022.
Over the past 15 years, Boeing has managed to sell the AH-6 to only two countries - Saudi Arabia and Thailand. The company noted that production could resume if new orders are received in the near future.

At the same time, MD Helicopters will continue to produce its own versions of the Little Bird. This company has achieved significant success in both the military and civilian markets. Its helicopters are actively used by the US Special Operations Forces, the Republic of Korea, and were previously supplied to the Afghan Air Force.
It is not yet known whether Korean Air, which previously produced their fuselages, will produce these aircraft.
