Rockstar acquires studio that fixed failed GTA remasters and worked on L.A. Noire re-release

Rockstar Games has officially confirmed the acquisition of Video Games Deluxe, which will now become part of the company called Rockstar Australia. This studio is known for its work on bringing the GTA trilogy remasters to a normal state.
Here's What We Know
Video Games Deluxe started working with Rockstar Games while working on the PS4 version of L.A. Noire. The most famous of their work was the repair of GTA 3, Vice City, and San Andreas remasters, which were initially released in extremely poor condition.
Thanks to the efforts of Video Games Deluxe, these remasters have received significant improvements, including enhanced lighting, character models and fog effects, making them more similar to the original PS2 versions.
Jennifer Kolbe, Head of Publishing at Rockstar Games, expressed her pleasure at Video Games Deluxe officially becoming part of the company.
Studio founder Brendan McNamara said: "It has been an honour to work with Rockstar Games over the past decade. We're excited to be part of Rockstar and continue to make the best games possible."
With the acquisition of Video Games Deluxe, Rockstar Australia has the opportunity to work on remasters of other classic Rockstar titles. Possible candidates include GTA 4, Manhunt, Midnight Club, and Max Payne 3.
