Tricks in 4K: Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 remake will be released on 11 July
After months of rumours, it has been officially confirmed that Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 is returning as a full remake. The game is being developed by Iron Galaxy Studios in collaboration with Activision and Tony Hawk himself. The release is scheduled for 11 July 2025.
Here's What We Know
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 offers a completely redesigned content of the original games, including new skaters, new tricks, and an updated soundtrack. Players will be able to enjoy new skate parks and cross-platform multiplayer for up to eight players.
The remake promises to be a worthy continuation of the successful series, which is returning after rumours of the cancellation of previous plans. Iron Galaxy Studios is now responsible for the development of this project.
The first remake of the series, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2, was released in 2020 and received high critical acclaim. However, further plans for THPS 3+4 were suspended after Vicarious Visions was integrated into Blizzard in 2021.
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 will be available in three versions: standard, Deluxe, and Collector's Edition. The Deluxe version will include special skins from DOOM, and the Collector's Edition will be available only on consoles with early access to the game for those who pre-order.
The game will be released on Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. A special skin and demo will be available for those who pre-order the game.
