Casio launches new Edifice ECB-S10D models in the UK

Casio is preparing to launch its new Edifice ECB-S10D-2A and ECB-S10D-8A watches in the UK market. These models were presented on the Casio Europe website at the end of February and are now available in stores in the UK.

Here's What We Know

Like other watches in the Edifice series, the new models have a design inspired by classic sports cars.

The ECB-S10D is a hybrid model with Bluetooth smartphone support. The Casio Watches app provides users with automatic time adjustment, support for world time zones in 300 cities, and a phone locator tool.

Users can choose from 38 time zones and enjoy features such as a stopwatch accurate to 1/100th of a second, a countdown with a range of up to 24 hours, and five daily alarms. The calendar in the watch is automatic until 2099, there is a flight mode, and the function of shifting the hands allows you to avoid blocking the digital screen.

Additionally, the watch has a double LED backlight for reading in low light conditions. The watch is water resistant to a depth of 100 metres and runs on two SR726W batteries for up to two years. Both versions have a stainless steel case and a matte-finish bracelet, as well as a mirror finish on the bezel. The ECB-S10D-2A has a blue dial, while the ECB-S10D-8A comes in silver or dark grey.

Casio has announced that these watches will be priced at £169 in the UK, but the exact release date has not yet been confirmed. It is not known whether these models will be released in other European countries or in North America.
