Ubisfot has released several trailers dedicated to the Hideout location
Ubisoft has revealed details about "The Hideout" location in Assassin's Creed Shadows, which allows players to create their own league of assassins, offering the freedom to create and customise their home base. According to Associate System Director Dany St-Laurent, the team wanted to take a bold step forward by offering players full control over their base, a concept that has not been fully explored in previous games.
Here's What We Know
Players will have an acre of land to customise, with the ability to add elements such as paths, fences, and light sources, as well as decorations earned through quests, contracts, traders, or enemies. This requires resources such as wood, minerals, and crops, as well as the in-game currency "mons".
Certain rooms in the hideout affect the gameplay. Tomiko's Hiroma gives you access to the functions of the Vault, and the Stables are home to scouts who smuggle materials every season. The Forge allows players to upgrade and disassemble equipment, and the Kakurega offers hideouts for quick travel, tool replenishment, and regional contracts. The Dojo allows players to train allies and improve their skills.
Where To Play
Assassin's Creed Shadows will be available on Xbox Series, PlayStation 5 and PC.
