Motorola Razr 60 Ultra will get faster charging - new leak
A new leak has revealed an important update for the upcoming Motorola Razr 60 Ultra (or Razr Plus 2025) foldable smartphone.
Here's What We Know
The device will reportedly support one of Motorola's fastest TurboPower charging, which can significantly speed up its charge recovery.
The smartphone has already appeared in the 3C Certification Centre database with a 68W charger, while the Razr 50 Ultra only supported 45W. The XT2551 has also been spotted at the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) with a Motorola MC-68xx charging adapter, confirming its compatibility.
The appearance of the Razr 60 Ultra doesn't seem to change dramatically - it will retain the dual displays and overall design of its predecessor, but may get an updated back cover. The smartphone will also have two batteries (RS13 and RS35), but their total capacity is still unknown.
Other confirmed features include support for Wi-Fi 7, 5G, Bluetooth and NFC. There is no exact information yet on whether the Razr 60 Ultra will be able to use 68W charging at full capacity, but the new leak indicates a potentially significant improvement in battery life and charging speed.
Motorola is also preparing to launch a new foldable smartphone, the Razr+ 2025, which is due out in the coming months. According to a Smart Pikachu insider, the device will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite series chipset. Earlier, it was reported that the Razr 60 Ultra model, which is likely to become part of the Razr+ 2025 line, will be released in the second quarter of this year. The new product is expected to go on sale in June, like the previous models.
