He noted that despite a difficult start to the year due to delays in financing three-year contracts, the Defence Procurement Agency has stepped up the contracting process.

According to Belbas, the company aims to double its production in 2024. In August 2023, Ukrainian Armour announced that it had already delivered more than 100 armoured vehicles to the Defence Forces and planned to deliver several hundred by the end of the year. This means that this year's state order could be around 300 units.

Both basic versions of the armoured vehicle and its ten-seater Novator-2 modification, as well as specialised versions, including command and control and ambulance vehicles, are expected to be produced. In October, the Novator-2 was put into service with the 12th Azov Special Forces Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine. In general, the soldiers noted the high mobility, security and effectiveness of the on-board electronic jamming station, which was able to throw an enemy drone off course.
