The developers of Dollhouse: Behind the Broken Mirror developers released a trailer with new details about the game

Almost a year has passed since the announcement of the first-person horror game Dollhouse: Behind the Broken Mirror, and the game hasn't been in the news very often. However, recently, publisher SOEDESCO and developer Creazn Studio released the first episode of a new video series called Sessions. This series aims to give a deeper insight into the game, tell in detail about its characters and gameplay mechanics.

Here's What We Know

The video introduces Eliza de Moor, a once-famous singer whose life changed dramatically when she fainted during a performance. Years later, she wakes up in a sanatorium with no memory of how she got there. Dr Stern, one of the sanatorium's psychiatrists, suggests an experimental treatment that could restore her memory and possibly lead to her release. As part of this process, Eliza is sent to Ravenhill, an abandoned village formerly known for its doll production.

In the centre of the village is the de Moor family estate, known as the Dollhouse. Eliza must explore the mansion and its surroundings to discover the truth about her past and the fate of her family, whose stories are described as tragic and mysterious. It turns out that Dr Stern and his father, famous psychiatrists, also have long-standing ties to the de Moor family.

In the course of the game, Eliza will travel between two different realities: the conscious world, where Dr Stern leads her, and the subconscious world, which she sees through the eyes of her younger self. Meanwhile, the dolls in the mansion seem to have taken on a life of their own.

Where To Play

Dollhouse: Behind the Broken Mirror will be available to play on Xbox Series, PlayStation 5, and PC.
