Gamers are not happy: PC version of the action game Rise of the Ronin has been heavily criticised due to bugs and poor optimisation

The PC version of Team Ninja's action game Rise of the Ronin has been released.

The game was originally released in March 2024 exclusively on PlayStation 5 and received moderate reviews from critics and gamers. However, the response from PC users has been somewhat worse.

Here's What We Know

PC players did not express much interest in Rise of the Ronin, with peak online in Steam barely exceeding 12k people. Reviews of the public were even worse, only 44% of players are satisfied with the Japanese novelty.

The main complaint was poor optimisation: Rise of the Ronin demonstrates poor performance even on the most powerful PCs, which exceed the specified system requirements.

The presence of various bugs does not add optimism either.

Perhaps in time Team Ninja will improve the technical state of Rise of the Ronin, but now few people recommend the game for purchase.
