Co-op adventure game Split Fiction debuts at the top of the UK sales charts
Following its highly anticipated launch last week, Split Fiction has lived up to all expectations with impressive first-time sales figures. With over a million copies sold worldwide, the game has not only received widespread critical acclaim, but has also topped the latest physical sales charts in the UK, according to GfK (via Push Square). It is noteworthy that 89% of the game's physical sales in the UK were on PlayStation 5.

Several other new releases also made a strong debut in the top 10. Suikoden 1 and 2 HD Remaster: Gate Rune and Dunan Unification Wars entered at No. 4, while Two Point Museum took the 9th spot. Meanwhile, Monster Hunter Wilds, which topped the chart last week, dropped to No. 2.
Nintendo's Mario Kart 8 Deluxe continues to demonstrate its continued popularity with a 5th place finish, while another Switch title, Super Mario Party Jamboree, rounds out the top 10. Other notable titles include PGA Tour 2K25 and Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, which took 7th and 8th place respectively.
