The hype is unstoppable: even more new footage from The Last of Us season 2

HBO has released a few more new stills of the series ahead of the premiere of the second season of The Last of Us. The new pictures show the main characters: Joel, Ellie, Abby, and Tommy.

Here's What We Know

Most of the shots are from Winter Jackson, which is the starting location in The Last of Us Part II, and probably this is the place that will be shown in the first episode.

There is an interesting shot where Tommy teaches Ellie how to shoot, although in the game this scene takes place in a different time and place, which once again makes it clear that the series will not be a direct copy of the game.

The second season of The Last of Us will premiere on 13 April on HBO and Max.

As a reminder, the trailer for the second season of The Last of Us has garnered 158 million views in three days, a record for HBO.
