Google has released the third beta of Android 16 - talk about the most interesting innovations

Google has released the third beta of Android 16 firmware that owners of the Pixel 6, 6 Pro, 6a, 7, 7 Pro, 7a, Pixel Tablet, Fold, 8, 8 Pro, 8a, 9, 9 Pro, 9 Pro, 9 Pro XL and 9 Pro Fold can install.
Here's What We Know
Android 16 Beta 3 brings a lot of interesting changes and innovations, some of which include the following:
- Auracast Broadcast Audio support: now Pixel 9 devices with Android 16 Beta support audio streaming via Auracast, improving accessibility for users with hearing aids and compatible headphones;
- for users with visual impairments, the ability to display text with an outline has been added, making it more visible;
- Local Network Protection allows users to control which applications can access devices on the local network. This is a testing option for now, but will become publicly available in the future;
- UltraHDR support: HEIC photos can now utilise extended dynamic range, which improves image quality;
- design improvements make the interface more intuitive and user-friendly;
- new camera control functions allow you to more precisely adjust shooting settings;
- a new section in settings that displays battery status information, including the percentage of actual capacity relative to maximum capacity;
- Live Updates: notifications can now display live status, making them more informative.
- A new way to close apps: in the recent apps menu, you can tap the programme icon and select "Close".
