Developers of the network action game Star Wars: Hunters reported about the imminent closure of the game.
Here's What We Know
NaturalMotion Studios has announced that the game's servers will be permanently shut down on 1 October. This comes just a year after Star Wars: Hunters was released on Nintendo Switch, iOS and Android, and the PC release will never happen.
The developers haven't revealed the reasons behind this decision, but it's obviously due to a lack of interest in Star Wars: Hunters.
At the same time, players will still be presented with some new content:
- 25 March - Season 5 and Ranked Season will be extended for three weeks, events will be re-launched, and game packs will return to the shop;
- 15 April - final free content update and disabling in-game purchases. The in-game content, new heroine, and all battlefields and modes will be freely available to all users.
The developers thanked players for their attention to Star Wars: Hunters.
