Xiaomi may release a gaming tablet and Redmi K80 Ultra in August
According to an insider at Digital Chat Station, Xiaomi is preparing a new gaming tablet under the Redmi brand, which will be the most premium model of the line.
Here's What We Know
The device is expected to be presented together with the flagship smartphone Redmi K80 Ultra, probably in July or August this year.
Redmi K80 Ultra will have a 6.8-inch display and a 7400 mAh battery. The new Redmi tablet will be smaller, measuring just 8 inches and will have two USB-C ports. Both devices will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chip, which will be officially unveiled on 11 April.
In addition to these two gadgets, Xiaomi is also preparing to release Redmi Turbo 4 Pro. Its release is expected in April, and it will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Elite chip.
Xiaomi is actively expanding its line of devices, offering both flagship and gaming solutions for users.
Recently, it became known that Xiaomi is preparing to launch a new tablet with ultra-fast charging, which should become the fastest among its models.
According to new leaks, the new product will receive a charger that uses the same adapter and cable as the Redmi K80 Pro smartphone. This will allow charging the device with a maximum power of 120W, which is significantly faster than previous models such as the Pad 6 Max, which only supports 67W.
The new device is likely to have a large 10,000 mAh battery and a screen measuring around 14 inches. It will be the first Xiaomi tablet in the Pad series to feature an OLED display.
