Actor Pedro Pascal stars in Apple's new AirPods 4 advert

Apple has released a trailer for the film Someday, featuring the new AirPods 4 headphones with active noise cancellation.

The trailer was released on 16 March, and the full-length version will be available on YouTube this Tuesday, 18 March.

The film will star actor Pedro Pascal, who is known for his roles in The Mandalorian on Disney+, The Last of Us on HBO, Narcos on Netflix and more.

In the new advert, Pascal embodies the main character, demonstrating the capabilities of the new AirPods 4, including their active noise cancellation features.

AirPods 4 were introduced back in September 2024, but with the release of the film, Apple wants to focus on their advanced technology to improve the user experience.

Active noise cancellation in the new models allows you to immerse yourself in music or podcasts without worrying about the noise around you.

AirPods 4 have a similar design to AirPods 3, but with some innovations. The most important update is the new H2 chip, which delivers improved sound quality, including voice isolation and personalised spatial sound. These features were previously only available in AirPods Pro 2, but now they are also available in AirPods 4.

Apple is currently preparing for one of the biggest changes in its software. According to Bloomberg, the company is planning a major redesign for iOS 19, iPadOS 19, and macOS 16, which is intended to ensure unity and integrity between all platforms.
