Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone won't get new content yet: The Farm 51 studio is facing problems and laying off some employees

In early March, Polish studio The Farm 51 released in early access Steam RPG-shooter with survival elements Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone.
The game was immediately subjected to harsh criticism, which had a negative impact on launch sales.
Here's What We Know
The Farm 51 confirmed the rumours about the studio's big problems, which appeared over the weekend. The company announced a temporary suspension of work on new content for Chernobylite 2 and has been forced to lay off 15 of its 50-strong staff. The development team will focus on improving the technical state of the early version of the game, and after that will return to add new mechanics, tasks and locations.
In order to keep the project moving forward, we had to make some difficult decisions: we had to part with part of the team and temporarily suspend work on some of the content that we decided to release later.
In the near future our work will be focused on improving those elements of the game, which are most expected by players participating in the Early Access launch (language localizations, dialogue recordings, optimization).
As a reminder, Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone is the sequel to the 2019 game and conceptually resembles S.T.A.L.L.K.E.R. from Ukrainian studio GSC Game World, but puts much less emphasis on realism and immersiveness. Gamers will return to the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone to unravel its mysteries, defeat supernatural creatures and learn the secret of the valuable mineral "Chernobylite".
