Modern Warfare III composer to write music for dark fantasy Lords of the Fallen 2

The dark fantasy world of Lords of the Fallen 2 is getting more details as publisher CI Games and developer Hexworks have announced a collaboration with composer Walter Mair to create the game's soundtrack. The game will be released in 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC.

Walter Mair is known for his immersive soundtracks that combine epic orchestral scores with electronic compositions. His latest projects include the BAFTA and Ivor Novello Award-nominated soundtrack to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, as well as the Apple TV+ series Liaison with Ava Green and Vincent Cassel.

Lords of the Fallen 2 is the sequel to the dark action-RPG. Players will once again plunge into a gloomy fantasy world where they will have to fight dark forces that consume everything in their path. The gameplay combines challenging battles with improved character development mechanics.
