Hades 2 full release date remains uncertain even for developers

Hades 2 by Supergiant Games has been in early access for almost a year now, but the exact date of the full release of version 1.0 remains unknown even to the developers themselves.

Here's What We Know

In February 2025, Supergiant Games released a major update called The Warsong Update, which added a new boss and expanded the storyline. Despite this, the team is not ready to announce the exact date of the full release.

In a post on social media, they said: "Whether you've already played Hades 2 or are waiting for version 1.0 to launch (whenever that may be), know that early access development is essential so that we can maximise the game's potential!"

Players who are waiting for the full release or console versions may be disappointed that there is no specific date. However, given that the first part of Hades spent almost two years in early access, the full release could come in 2026.
