Despite previous speculations, it seems that Bam Margera will appear in the upcoming remake of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4.

Here's What We Know

Earlier this year, when Activision announced the remake collection, they also released a list of skateboarders that would appear in the game. This list included all of the classic skateboarders that were present in the original Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 and 4, except for one - Bam Margera, known for his roles in Jackass, Viva La Bam and the Tony Hawk series, who seemed to be missing.

Now, during a live broadcast on skate podcast The Live Club, it was claimed that Bam was added to the game at the last minute after Hawk insisted on his presence.

"Well, that's what happened," explained co-host Roger Bagley. "The game was ready to go. Tony called Activision and said: "Hey, we're putting Bam in the game," and they said: "Hey, we can't do that."

"He said: 'Yes, you will,' and actually got them to send Bam back to be scanned and everything, and put him back in the game."

Margera has faced a number of health and legal issues in recent years. Due to substance abuse issues, he was fired from Jackass Forever. It was believed that this was the likely reason for Margera's absence in the announcement of the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 remake.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 will be released on 11 July 2025 on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC. It will also be released on launch day on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
