Samsung is working on two new smartphones based on the Galaxy A56
According to the latest information, Samsung is working on releasing new mid-range smartphones Galaxy M56 and Galaxy F56, which are based on the Galaxy A56.
Here's What We Know
Recently, the support pages for these devices became available on the company's official websites for India and Bangladesh. The Galaxy M56 has the model number SM-M566B/DS and the Galaxy F56 has the model number SM-E566B/DS. Both the smartphones will support dual SIM card usage.
These devices have already been BIS certified in India, while the Galaxy M56 has also received Bluetooth SIG certification. The smartphones are expected to feature an Exynos 1580 processor, 8GB or 12GB RAM and 128GB or 256GB inbuilt storage. The devices will get a triple main camera and a 5,000mAh or 6,000mAh battery. They are likely to have a similar design to the Galaxy A56, but with some simplifications to bring down the cost.
The appearance of the Galaxy M56 and Galaxy F56 support pages on Samsung's website indicates an official announcement is imminent. These smartphones are expected to be launched in the Indian market and possibly in some other countries.
