Otter launches voice-activated AI agent for businesses

Otter, known for its artificial intelligence-based solutions, has announced the launch of its new voice assistant Otter Meeting Agent.

This tool is designed to improve the efficiency of online meetings and real-time interaction. Meeting Agent is able to analyse data from a company's meeting database, answer questions, plan future events and draft emails using natural voice interaction.

The agent currently supports the Zoom platform, and will be integrated with Microsoft Teams and Google Meet in the coming weeks. In addition to Meeting Agent, Otter.ai also introduced Sales Agent, which helps sales reps close deals and handle complaints, and Sales Development Agent (SDR), which can demonstrate products autonomously. These solutions are available to enterprise customers and are designed to optimise workflows.

The company plans further development, including the release of agents specialising in marketing, recruitment and other functions.
