Garmin launches Connect+ paid plan with AI-powered advice

Garmin has introduced a new paid plan, Garmin Connect+, that will provide personalised advice and training recommendations using artificial intelligence.
Here's What We Know
For many years, Garmin devices have been collecting data on the health and physical activity of users and providing useful information based on it. Usually, these gadgets have apps that simply display the collected data. For example, the Samsung Health app for the Galaxy Watch has many free features. However, some devices, like the Oura, only give you access to their data if you subscribe, even if you have already purchased the gadget itself.
With the new Garmin Connect+ plan, users will be able to get more detailed personalised insights, as well as workout recommendations and an enhanced LiveTrack feature.
This paid plan provides additional benefits that are not available in the free version. In particular, you will be able to analyse in more detail how your body reacts to your daily activities and how much energy is spent. In addition, the plan will include new workout videos and improved activity tracking options.
The LiveTrack feature will make it possible to inform others when a user starts a workout, which can be useful for safety in various situations.
The new Garmin Connect+ plan will cost $6.99 per month or $69.99 per year. The free Garmin Connect plan will remain available to all users, retaining the data and features they already have.
