MSI presents MAG 271QPX X24 240Hz gaming monitor with QD-OLED

MSI has announced the new 26.5-inch MAG 271QPX X24 gaming monitor with QD-OLED technology, which is now available for purchase on Newegg for $679.99.

This flat panel monitor is aimed at professional gamers with its high refresh rate and OLED screen contrast.

The monitor features a 2560×1440 (WQHD) QD-OLED panel that provides 98% Adobe RGB and 99% DCI-P3 coverage. It has a refresh rate of 240Hz and a pixel-to-grey response time of just 0.03ms, which reduces blurring during high-speed gaming.

The 1,500,000:1 contrast ratio and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification deliver deep blacks and peak brightness of up to 1,000 nits (at 3% APL).

To extend the life of the OLED screen, MSI uses OLED Care 2.0 technology with a passive cooling system based on graphene film and a special heat sink. This avoids fan noise and extends the life of the panel.

For connectivity, there are two HDMI 2.1 ports and one DisplayPort 1.4a, all with 240Hz support. However, there are no USB ports, but there is a 3.5mm audio jack and a Kensington lock slot.

The monitor stand provides a full ergonomic set of adjustments: tilt (-5° to 20°), pivot (-30° to 30°), swivel (-90° to 90°) and height adjustment (up to 110 mm). A 100x100 mm VESA mount is included.

MSI has recently introduced a new line of RTX 50 series laptops, which has a symbolic design in the style of Norse mythology.
