CMF Phone 2 and new headphones: Nothing hints at four upcoming products with Pokémon codenames

Nothing has shared an interesting teaser that hints at four new devices, including a smartphone, smartwatch, headphones, and other gadgets.

Here's What We Know

The teaser was published on the company's official Twitter account and featured four Pokémon: Bulbasaur, Girafarig, Hoothoot, and Gligar. These codes are probably related to future products of the brand.

Bulbasaur attracts the most attention, which is probably a codename for the CMF Phone 2 budget smartphone. The other three Pokémon are likely to hint at a new smartwatch, TWS headphones, and possibly neckband headphones. Considering that the first Nothing Phone (1) smartphone also contained Pokémon-related elements, we can expect the new products to have similar interesting details.

It's also worth noting that CMF Buds 2 Plus recently appeared in the FCC database, revealing design details, dimensions, and battery specifications. The new headphones are likely to be similar to the CMF Buds Pro 2, but with new features, including an updated control system and an improved battery. The body weighs 105 grams and the charging case has a 460 mAh battery, while each earbud has a 53 mAh battery.

CMF Buds will support 3W charging and Bluetooth Low Energy for connectivity. However, the CMF Phone 1 smartphone was the cause of a tragic incident in India when an explosion killed one person and injured another.
