Insider: Sony is preparing an expensive physical edition of one part of The Last of Us

Authoritative insider billbil-kun has shared some unexpected news about The Last of Us, which is not yet clear how to interpret.
Here's What We Know
A French journalist has learnt that Sony is preparing for the release of a new edition of one of the two parts of The Last of Us.
Billbil-kun claims that it will be released in a physical edition only for PS5, and its price will be $110/€120. Given this price, it is logical to assume that this bundle will include not only the game, but also some bonus items, and possibly both parts at once.
Since the second season of the HBO series will premiere in April, there is a possibility that the announcement of the new edition will be connected with this event.
Uncertainty is added by the fact that both parts of The Last of Us already have remasters, and the first part even has two of them. So it's not entirely clear what Sony is going to offer, but it's clear that it definitely won't be the third instalment of the series, as it will take many more years to develop.
