Sony has unveiled the flagship Bravia 8 II TV with a QD-OLED panel and perfect optimisation for PlayStation 5

Sony has unveiled its flagship Bravia 8 II TV, featuring a QD-OLED panel.
Here's What We Know
The new product supports Studio Calibrated modes, developed in collaboration with popular streaming services Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video, to ensure the most accurate colour reproduction possible. The TV utilises the Google TV platform, which provides access to popular apps and supports Google Cast and Apple AirPlay 2.
Additionally, the Bravia Cam allows you to control the TV using gestures and adjust the picture and sound depending on the viewer's position.
The QD-OLED screen offers 50% more brightness than previous models, so the TV is ideal not only for watching films and shows, but also for connecting to PlayStation 5. In gaming mode, it automatically activates HDR.
The Bravia 8 II supports Dolby Vision HDR and has an HDMI 2.1 port so you can run games in 4K at 120 FPS.
The Acoustic Surface Audio+ audio system uses panel vibrations for high-quality sound, while the AI-powered Voice Zoom 3 technology amplifies or attenuates the volume of dialogues depending on the surroundings.
Sony will offer the Bravia 8 II to customers in 55″ and 65″ diagonals, with pricing starting at $2500.
