Kia Tasman Weekender: aggressive pick-up concept unveiled at Seoul Motor Show 2025
Kia has unveiled the new Tasman Weekender concept at the Seoul Motor Show 2025 in Korea. The vehicle stands out from the standard model with its wide body-coloured fenders, all-terrain BF Goodrich all-terrain tyres and raised suspension.
Here's What We Know
In addition to the above changes, the Weekender gets lime accents, a more pronounced bonnet and a winch built into the front bumper. The roof rack has additional LEDs. It is connected to stiffeners mounted on the sides of the load platform.
Kia does not reveal the technical specifications of the concept. Based on this, we can assume that it has the engine of the production Kia Tasman under the bonnet. It could be a 2.5-litre turbo petrol engine or a 2.2-litre turbo diesel.

Will a similar car appear as a standalone version of the model or an accessory kit? Karim Habib, executive vice president of design at Kia answered this question vaguely, saying that Kia needs to remain "flexible" and "learn and understand" customer feedback.
Regarding the body-coloured fenders, Habib added: "We've been toying with the idea of body colour. It's something we will do in the future in different ways, shapes and forms."
