Samsung is preparing to release an ultra-thin flagship smartphone Galaxy S25 Edge. It was assumed that the presentation of the gadget will take place in mid-April, but now it has become known that the plans of the Korean company have changed.

Here's What We Know

Sources of the portal Sammobile reported that most likely the presentation will take place on 13 May.

The exact reason for the postponement of the presentation of the Galaxy S25 Edge is still unknown, but there is an assumption that it is associated with changes in the leadership of Samsung after the unexpected death of the company's Vice Chairman Jong-Hee Han.

To recall, according to insider information, the Galaxy S25 Edge will be Samsung's thinnest smartphone with a body thickness of just 5.84mm. The device will get a 6.7″ display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, 12GB of RAM and 256 or 512GB of internal storage depending on the model.

It's not yet known when sales of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge will start, but it's rumoured to start at €1249.
