Keep playing on any platform: the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Cyberpunk 2077 supports cross-progression

CD Projekt Red continues to reveal important nuances of the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Cyberpunk 2077. The game will be part of the new console's launch line-up, will be available in physical and digital editions, will fit entirely on a 64GB cartridge, and runs in 1080p resolution in docked mode and 720p in portable mode, with a performance of 30-40 FPS (depending on the selected mode).

Here's What We Know

The Polish developer has confirmed that the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Cyberpunk 2077 supports full cross-progression with other platforms - meaning that gamers will be able to start a playthrough on PC, for example, and continue it on Switch 2 at any time, but will likely need an account on CD Projekt's own service to transfer saves.

The Nintendo Switch 2 will go on sale on 5 June and you can start playing Cyberpunk 2077 with the Phantom Liberty add-on on that day.
