Former PlayStation executive Shuhei Yoshida shared his impressions of the recent Nintendo Switch 2 Direct presentation. In an interview with MinnMax, he noted that he expected more announcements of new games.

Yoshida gave the presentation a 6 out of 10, but raised the score to 7 after showing a new FromSoftware game called The Duskbloods:

I would have said six... until the FromSoftware game came out. I would have given it a 7.

The Duskbloods is an upcoming FromSoftware game exclusive to Nintendo Switch 2, scheduled for release in 2026. The game is a PvPvE project that departs from the studio's traditional storyline projects.
